My stay at Pajaro Rebelde was truly good! The hospitality from Olivier and Sophie was excellent, making me feel welcomed and cared for. I particularly loved the beautiful design of the hotel and the gourmet-quality breakfasts that added a special touch to my mornings. However, I did find that the pillows could be improved; I missed the comfort of feather pillows during my restful nights.
